Description

The Alantoíne Protective Shower Gel by Benamôr is a lovely, fresh shower gel made with natural ingredients such as shea butter, aloe vera and argan oil. Shea butter, also known as karité butter, is a deeply hydrating ingredient that has been used for centuries to care for the skin. Rich in vitamins A and E, it is gentle enough to nourish the whole body intensively. With its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory qualities, and combined with the soothing powers of aloe vera, it helps keep the skin healthy and hydrated. Argan oil adds vitamin E and essential fatty acids for optimal skin care.

Today the collection spans care products for the face, body, hair, hands and feet, in lovely fragrances and playful colours. The formulations draw on natural ingredients grown under the Portuguese sun, such as lemon, rose and aloe vera. The playful, vintage Art Deco packaging, like some of the recipes, has remained almost unchanged over the course of a century.
