The De-Stress Warming Muscle Gel by Aromatherapy Associates is a warming, intensely hydrating muscle gel, enriched with capsicum for a naturally warming effect and arnica to soothe tired muscles. Glycerine is added to boost hydration and algae extract helps to firm the skin. The formula draws on the power of essential oils, with a 100% natural blend of calming lavender, invigorating rosemary, soothing ginger and revitalising black pepper, to calm, relax and renew body and mind.
– Apply to clean, dry skin, particularly to areas of tension such as the shoulders, neck, lower back or legs.
– Massage in slow, circular movements to activate the warming sensation and aid absorption. Add more as needed.
– Let the pleasant warmth build as tense muscles relax.
– Breathe deeply a few times as the aromatic essential oils calm body and mind.
– Use after exercise, after long hours at a desk, while travelling or whenever your body feels tense and overworked.
