The Jacarandá The Original Soap by Benamôr is named after the iconic trees of Lisbon, which bloom with beautiful lilac flowers for just a few days each year. This hydrating soap cleanses the hands thoroughly while nourishing and caring for them. Glycerin keeps the hands well nourished with its hydrating qualities, while shea butter is known for its protective, softening properties. Coconut oil and sunflower oil are natural fats that help prevent the skin from drying out, hydrating and nourishing it instead. Treat yourself to a touch of luxury with every wash.

Today the collection spans care products for the face, body, hair, hands and feet, in lovely fragrances and playful colours. The formulations draw on natural ingredients grown under the Portuguese sun, such as lemon, rose and aloe vera. The playful, vintage Art Deco packaging, like some of the recipes, has remained almost unchanged over the course of a century.
