Description

Fragrance and artistic feeling form the soul of the perfume house Villoresi. Each scent is a world of its own, a magical alchemy of aromatic materials that come together to stir emotions, passions and feelings. Teti, goddess of the sea and nymph of the waters, is the inspiration behind Mare Nostrum Teti. The fresh, lively fragrance opens with juicy notes of mandarin, raspberry and blackberry, moving into a warm heart of elegant flowers. Base notes of jasmine, mimosa and orange blossom lend the fragrance a gentle sensuality that lingers beautifully.

about Lorenzo Villoresi

Lorenzo Villoresi works from his atelier in the family home in Florence, with a beautiful view over the river Arno. In the building next door is a knowledge centre with a museum, a scent garden and education about the world of fragrance and perfume.

Lorenzo developed his love of the art of perfumery during his many travels through the Middle East, where he discovered a rich world of scent: herbs, spices, exotic flowers and plants. In 2006 he became the first independent perfumer to win the prestigious Prix François Coty. His best-loved and best-known creation is Teint de Neige, the ultimate powdery perfume.
