Rosa Novella Eau de Cologne by Santa Maria Novella is a bouquet of floral notes. The fragrance opens with citrus fruits that mingle with the sweetness of rose and white flowers. The freshness comes through in a harmony of green herbal tones of oregano and pepper, softening towards moss and wood. An olfactory spring: alluring, floral and warm. Records in the archives suggest that the Dominican friars of Santa Maria Novella were already selling rose water as early as 1381.
