Description

Roucou seeds grow on a tree native to Central and South America. The oil drawn from them is rich in minerals and vitamins, and a much-loved ingredient in cosmetics. Ligne St. Barth sources this roucou oil directly from the island itself, where it is still made in the traditional way.

The indigenous peoples of the Caribbean used roucou to protect their skin from UV rays. The Roucou Tanning Oil draws on this tradition, giving the skin a beautiful coppery sheen. The oil can also be used to protect the hair. A blend of plant oils that leaves the skin and hair radiant, with a deep golden glow.
