Rouge Bourbon by Mariage Frères is a red rooibos tea, flavoured with vanilla, of great finesse. Delicate in aroma and subtle in taste, it is entirely caffeine-free and well suited to relaxed, sociable occasions. The loose-leaf tea comes in a sealed 100-gram tin, and is also available in a box of thirty original French cotton tea bags.
– Use one tea bag or 2.5 grams per 20cl of water
– Let the tea steep for five minutes
– In boiled water at 95 degrees Celsius
