– 1 star spring sun, short exposure (UV index: 1-4)
– 2 stars normal to high sun intensity and exposure. Use before 12:00 and after 14:00 (UV index: 4 – 8)
– 3 stars extreme sun intensity. Use in the mountains, the tropics, on boats and during long sun exposure. (UV index: 8+)
– Spray the oil evenly and generously over the body and hair 20 minutes before sun exposure, then every 2 hours and after swimming.
– The oil can also be used as a dry oil all year round to nourish, soften and lightly scent the skin and hair.
– For the first few days we recommend using a milk or cream sun protection first, and only then the oil. The oil has a different texture and works quickly in the sun, which may cause a skin reaction if used too soon.
